Lot # 2418: 1990 Perez-Steele "Masterworks" Complete Set (52) with 20 Signed Cards Including All Five Willie Mays

Complete collection of 1990 Perez-Steele Masterworks postcards (52 total, including both checklists), with twenty of the cards signed by the respective player. The 1990 Perez-Steele Masterworks set features ten different players: Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Willie Mays, Charlie Gehringer, Duke Snider, Warren Spahn, Yogi Berra, Willie Stargell, Johnny Mize, and Carl Yastrzemski. The novelty of the set was that each of the ten players was featured on five different cards, with four of the cards designed in the style of a classic issue: 1909 Ramly (T204), 1911 Gold Borders (T205), 1908 Rose Company postcards (PC760), and 1888 Goodwin Champions (N162). The fifth card for each player in the set featured an original artwork by Dick Perez. The twenty signed cards in this set represent each of the five cards for the following four players: Mays, Mize, Snider, and Spahn. All of the cards have been flawlessly signed on the front in blue Sharpie. Near Mint condition overall (with a few slightly lesser).
