Graded GOOD+ 2.5 by PSA. Outstanding mid-grade example of Hall of Famer Cy Young from the E90-1 American Caramel series. Cy Young appears on two cards in this set: a portrait pose depicting him with Boston and a throwing pose depicting him with Cleveland, the latter of which is offered here. Each variation is among the most popular and classic of all cards of the legendary Cy Young. The offered card features a bold orange background, a crisp image of Young, and honest corner wear. Tiny spots of glue residue on the reverse contribute to the assigned grade. An outstanding opportunity to acquire a relatively affordable example of the classic Cy Young card from the most popular caramel-card set of the era.
