The signees include Herman (HOF), Black, Erskine, Branca, Amoros, Shuba, Loes, Hermanski, Labine, Holmes, Abrams, V. Lombardi, Moryn, Owen, Pafko, Antonello, J. Bolling, Gionfriddo, Valo, Morgan, H. Taylor, Pignatano, Bordagaray, King, Meyer, Hassett, Jorgensen, Lavagetto, Howell, Miksis, and Podres. All the signatures are etched in blue ink.
