Description

Very attractive near-complete set of 1958-1959 Topps hockey consisting of sixty-five different cards and missing only #66 Hull for completion. The 1958-1959 Topps hockey issue in general is very condition-sensitive and is difficult to assemble in high grade. Condition is 75% Ex to Ex-Mt (approximately two-thirds Ex and including a few Nr/Mt) and 25% Vg to Vg-Ex (mostly Vg-Ex). Keys: #2 Sawchuk (Ex), 8 Howe (Ex+), 13 Hall (Ex), 30 Shack RC (Ex), 36 Pilote (95/5 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt), 39 Worsley (Ex), 40 Bucyk (Ex+), 52 Delvicchio (95/5 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt), and 65 Ullman (Nr/Mt). This is a very attractive mid-grade near-complete set (minus one) of 1958-1959 Topps hockey with many highlights. Total: 65 cards.
