This fascinating complete set of eighty cards issued by Nu-Card features many of baseball's greatest moments presented in a mock newspaper design. Condition is 13% Nr/Mt or better, 53% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 34% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a couple lesser and two trimmed). Keys: #404 Mays (Ex), 422 Mantle (Vg+), 424 Gehrig (Vg+), 427 Mays (Vg-Ex), 428 Robinson (small mark on reverse, otherwise Vg), 439 Williams (Nr/Mt-Mt), 443 Cobb (Ex), 447 Ruth (Ex), 450 Mantle (Nr/Mt-Mt), 452 Williams (Vg), and 455 Ruth (Ex). Very attractive and mostly mid-grade complete set of 1961 Nu-Card Baseball Scoops, loaded with legendary Hall of Famers and stars. Total: 80 cards.
