This is a modestly graded example of one of Ruth's truly great early 1920s cards. 1921 was the very first year the legendary Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago issued cards. It would go on to issue sets for the next 50 years. These cards were sold by card machines at amusement parks and penny arcades, one penny per card. This is the key card from the set and one of Ruth's earliest cards featuring him with the Yankees. Graded POOR (MK) by PSA due to condition issues including a tack hole along the top and partially erased pencil marks on the reverse, hence the "MK" qualifier. Despite these flaws, this remains a presentable example of one of Babe Ruth’s most classic cards.
