Description

Collection of 24 single-signed baseballs consisting exclusively of former San Francisco Giants pitchers from the 1960s. This collection is highlighted by a few tough-to-find signees. All the signatures appear on the sweet spot of an official Major or National League baseball dating from the 1980s or later (except for two American League balls and one non-official ball). The signatures have been scripted in a variety of inks. Two of the offered baseballs have full JSA LOAs while nine others have basic individual authentication from JSA or PSA/DNA. Most of the balls have varying degrees of age toning. Otherwise all are in Excellent or better condition overall (with a couple lesser). This collection consists of the following: Ron Bryant ("SF Giants 67-74"), Bud Byerly, Eddie Fisher (OAL ball), Jack Fisher, Joe Gibbon ("1960 World Champs"), Bill Hands, Ron Herbel (non-official ball), Billy Hoeft (OAL ball), Sherman Jones, Ron Kline, Frank Linzy ("Giants 1963. 1965-70"), Billy Loes, Ken MacKenzie, Georges Maranda, Juan Marichal ("HOF 83"), Lindy McDaniel, Masanori Murakami (signed in both English and Japanese), Bill Monbouquette, John Pregenzer, Bob Priddy, Ray Sadecki, Bob Shaw, Warren Spahn, and Al Stanek. Total: 24 signed baseballs. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
