Description
Vintage photo of Babe Ruth as a member of the Boston Red Sox during his rookie season in 1915. Encapsulated and certified by PSA/DNA as an original Type IV photograph. Per PSA/DNA, the "photo is a later-issued 1958-62 example that was made off a duplicate negative featuring an image originally taken Ruth's [during] rookie season in 1915." A youthful Ruth is captured in a throwing pose. A "United Press International" credit stamp and editorial notations appear on the reverse. The photo (7 x 9 inches) is in Excellent condition overall.
