Description

The 1980 Topps basketball issue will always be remembered for its three-panel perforated strips. Though the design caused confusion to collectors looking to assemble a complete set, it was also responsible for the production of what is one of the most significant basketball cards in the hobby: the Larry Bird/Julius Erving/Magic Johnson card featuring the rookie cards for both Bird and Johnson. Offered is a rare and highly prized example of that historic card that has been signed on the front by all three players. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the card, grading the signatures GEM MINT 10 and the card EX-MT 6. All three player signatures have been rendered in blue Sharpie atop their respective images. This is an outstanding signed example of this modern classic.
