Lot # 2203: Signed 1953-1955 Artvue (Type 1) Black-and-White Hall of Fame Postcard Rogers Hornsby PSA/DNA MINT 9

Black-and-white Hall of Fame postcard (Artvue, Type 1) of Rogers Hornsby, signed by him in blue ink. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the card and graded the signature MINT 9. One of only six signed Hornsby postcards from this series encapsulated by PSA/DNA. Hornsby has signed the card "Rogers Hornsby 1961" along the front. Hornsby signed black-and-white Hall of Fame postcards have always been highly prized by collectors. The postcard (3.5 x 5.5 inches) displays light toning throughout except for two corners that were turned into corner mounts.
