The 339-page book covers Anson's life in baseball and also devotes several pages to the 1888/89 World Tour. Numerous photographs. The book (5-1/2 x 8 inches) displays spots of discoloration along the illustrated green cloth boards and moderate wear. The year "1900" is handwritten in pencil on the front flyleaf. There are glue repairs to the spine visible along the front flyleaf. Fair to Good condition overall.
