Description

Ticket stub from Game 1 of the 1956 World Series held between the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Yankees at Ebbets Field on October 3rd. Although Mickey Mantle hit a two-run home run in the first inning, the Dodgers defeated the Yankees 6-3. The Yankees would go on to win the series in seven games. The ticket stub (4.25 x 2.25 inches) displays substantial paper loss on the reverse and is in Fair condition overall.
