Collection of 17 regular-season ticket stubs from the 1953 Brooklyn Dodgers season. Jackie Robinson appeared in all of the games listed in this group. Also included are games in which home runs were hit by Roy Campanella. Twelve stubs feature the date printed on the front, which is provided in the composite below. This collection consists of the following home games: April 24 vs. Giants, April 25 vs. Giants, April 28 vs. Reds, June 2 vs. Braves, June 3 vs. Braves, June 5 vs. Cardinals, June 14 vs. Braves, June 30 vs. Phillies, July 11 vs. Giants, July 18 vs. Cardinals, July 19 vs. Reds, July 25 vs. Braves, July 26 vs. Braves, August 9 vs. Reds, two September 2 vs. Braves, and September 22 vs. Pirates. Each stub, which measures approximately 1-1/4 x 2-1/2 inches, is in overall Fair condition (includes one Vg-Ex and two Vg). Total: 17 ticket stubs.
