Description

Visually appealing example of one of the rarest cards featuring Los Angeles Dodgers Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax: a 1964 Tropicana Motel postcard. The offered example pictures the left-hander in civilian clothes in the foreground of Sandy Koufax's Tropicana Motel pool. This is the rarer of the two variations found within this series, the other of which pictures Koufax in uniform. The offered postcard displays superb clarity and light corner wear. Encapsulated as "Authentic Altered" by SGC due to partially erased pencil marks on the reverse. This is a highly desirable example worthy of even the most advanced Sandy Koufax collection.
