On September 9, 1965, Sandy Koufax became the eighth pitcher in baseball history to pitch a perfect game when he blanked the Cubs 1-0 at Dodger Stadium. Offered here is a ticket stub (2 x 2-3/8 inches) from that historic game. Graded NM 7 by PSA, only two examples have been graded higher by PSA to date.
