Description

Program issued for the 1938 All-Star Game at Crosley Field, featuring 15 blue and black signatures on the interior. The program is signed by Wally Berger, Bill Lee, Frank McCormick, Joe Medwick, Ernie Lombardi, Johnny Vander Meer, Leo Durocher, Ival Goodman, Billy Herman, Mel Ott, Paul Derringer, Arky Vaughan, Mace Brown, and Stanley Hack. There is also one signature we were unable to identify. Except for Berger, each signee was a member of the 1938 National League All-Star team. Neatly scored in pencil to record a 4-1 National League win. The program (6.25 x 9.25 inches) displays moderate wear throughout and is in Very Good to Excellent condition overall.
