Graded VG 3 by SGC. Beautiful example of #6 Babe Ruth from the 1926 W512 strip-card series. Originally issued in strips, these cards (and almost all strip-cards) are often found with irregular borders as they were cut by hand from the strips, as intended. Only ideally cut examples (like this one) are awarded numerical grades by SGC (and PSA). The card has bold colors, a crisp image, even corner wear, and a large top border. There is a light crease visible near the lower right corner (more visible from the reverse). The blank back is clean. This is a very attractive mid-grade example of one of Babe Ruth's most classic 1920s strip-cards and one that would be a significant addition to any Ruth, strip-card, or prewar-card collection.
