Description

Original New York Yankees photo of Mickey Mantle, circa 1960s. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. Mantle is captured striking a batting pose on the sidelines during spring training. The reverse displays a pair of date stamps, "May 17, 1963, and May 27, 1964" and an additional stamp featuring Mantle's name, position, and team. Several editorial notations and a small newspaper clipping are also visible on the reverse. The photo (7.5 x 9.25 inches) exhibits scattered creasing and a tack hole in the upper right. Good condition overall.
