Description

Original news photo of Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) with former European Boxing Union Heavyweight champion, Georges Carpentier in 1966. Certified as an original Type I photo by PSA/DNA. A pair of "Sunday Telegraph" credit stamps appear on the reverse, along with several editorial notations. The photo, which has been trimmed to its current dimensions of 11.5 x 7.5 inches, exhibits white editorial background paint and a pair of crop marks. Very Good condition overall. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
