Graded EX 60 by SGC. One of only three examples graded at this level with one higher. Outstanding example of one of the key cards from this rare and extremely popular 25-card sepia-toned postcard set, featuring legendary Pittsburgh Pirates Hall of Famer Honus Wagner. The manufacturer of this sepia-toned postcard series is unknown. The PC796 set is one of the most striking sets of the era. This is a particularly magnificent example of one of the most impressive of all Wagner cards. Bright and crisp, both front and back, with light, even wear to the corners. The card has never been mailed and has no writing on its traditional postcard reverse. This is an exceptionally stunning card of Honus Wagner from one of the most distinctive and popular of all postcard issues, which would be a significant addition to any world-class Hall of Fame or prewar-card collection.
