Program issued for the 1948 World Series between the Cleveland Indians and Boston Braves at Cleveland Stadium. The program is signed along the interior in blue ink by 23 individuals (19 members of the Indians and four members of the Cleveland press). Notable signatures include McKechnie (coach), Veeck (owner), Boudreau (player-manager), Feller, Bearden, Robinson, and Hegan. The program's (9 x 12 inches) front and back covers are detached but included. Other condition issues include edge tears, chipped corners, and creasing, although these flaws are largely confined to the cover pages. Poor condition overall. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
