Description

Collection of 12 personal checks dating from 1936, each signed in either blue or black fountain pen by Philadelphia Athletics Hall of Fame outfielder Al Simmons. The checks are drawn out on The City Bank and Trust Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All display normal bank cancellation stamps on the front and/or back, and are overall in Very Good to Excellent condition. Total: 12 checks. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
