Vintage photo featuring 46 members of the 1945 Fleet City Bluejacket football team. Representing the U.S. Navy's distribution center near San Francisco, the 1945 Fleet City Bluejackets' service team compiled an 11-0-1 record and was regarded as one of the nation's premier football teams during World War II, featuring standouts such as Buddy Young, Bruiser Kinnard, and Paul Christman. The photo (14 x 11 inches) exhibits scattered creasing and is in Very Good condition overall.
