Graded VG 40 by SGC. 1910 Philadelphia Athletics team postcard produced by the Sporty Postal Card Company of Newark, New Jersey. The composite design features portrait images of 23 team members displayed within the body of an illustrated white elephant, including manager Connie Mack, Frank Baker, Eddie Collins, Eddie Plank, and Chief Bender. Each player is identified in print along the base. A 1910 copyright notice appears in the lower right. The offered postcard (5.5 x 3.5 inches) exhibits superb image quality and even corner wear. The reverse has not been addressed or mailed.
