Presented is a very attractive near-complete set (minus one) of 1954 Topps cards missing only #128 Hank Aaron for completion. The 1954 Topps set has always been one of the more popular sets of the 1950s. It features the rookie cards of Hank Aaron (not included here), Ernie Banks, and Al Kaline, and many other Hall of Famers and stars, including two examples of Ted Williams (first and last cards in the set), all in brilliant color. Condition is 9% Ex or slightly better, 72% Vg to Vg-Ex, and 19% lesser. We have selected six cards to be graded and encapsulated by PSA. Keys: #1 Williams (GOOD 2), 3 Irvin (Vg), 10 Robinson (color added, otherwise Vg), 13 Martin (Ex), 17 Rizzuto (Gd), 20 Spahn (Vg-Ex), 30 Mathews (Vg+), 32 Snider (Vg), 36 Wilhelm (Gd+), 37 Ford (tip of upper-right corner is trimmed, otherwise Fr), 45 Ashburn (Vg), 50 Berra (Gd+), 70 Doby (Fr), 90 Mays (VG 3), 94 Banks RC (VG 3), 102 Hodges (Vg), 132 Lasorda RC (EX 5), 201 Kaline RC (VG-EX 4), 239 Skowron RC (Vg), and 250 Williams (GOOD+ 2.5). A very attractive mid-grade near-complete set of this classic 1950s Topps issue. Total: 249 cards.
