Lot # 1115: 1954 Bowman Complete Set (224) Plus 20 Variations

This is a very attractive medium- to high-grade complete set (no #66 Williams) of 1954 Bowman baseball, grading 19% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, 55% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 26% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a few lesser and a couple that measure a bit small). 1954 Bowman baseball is one of the most outstanding values among all early 1950s sets. The set is highlighted by Hall of Famers Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays. This particular set also includes twenty variations (#22, 25, 26, 35, 41, 43, 47, 53, 80, 82, 93, 99, 103, 139, 156, 163, 174, 212, 216, and 217) and two duplicates (#150 and 210).
