Presented is a complete set collection of four 1964 Topps "Beatles" complete sets. When the Beatles arrived on the shores of America, an uncontrollable appetite for Beatles-related products resulted, and Topps could barely keep up with the demand for new, exciting, and now classic Beatles trading cards. This collection includes the following four complete sets of Beatles cards, all issued by Topps in 1964: 1-3) "Black & White" Series 1, 2, and 3 Complete Sets (165): Condition is 46% Ex to Ex-Mt (including a few Nr/Mt), 47% Vg to Vg-Ex, and 7% lesser. Series 1 consists of sixteen blue backs and forty-four green backs. Series 2 consists entirely of orange backs. 4) “Beatles Diary” Complete Set (60) Plus One Variation: Condition is 26% Nr/Mt (including a couple Nr/Mt-Mt) and 74% Ex to Ex-Mt (approximately two-thirds Ex-Mt, including some due to centering). Keys: #21a George Harrison/"George" on reverse (Ex-Mt) and 21a George Harrison/"John" on reverse (Nr/Mt). An impressive collection of nonsport cards featuring one of the most popular music groups of all time! Total: 226 cards representing four complete sets and one variation.
