On May 7, 2006, Hall of Famer Joe Torre became just the fourth manager to win 1,000 games with the New York Yankees, reaching the milestone in a 6-4 victory over the Texas Rangers at Ameriquest Field. Offered is a game-used baseball from that contest. Torre has signed the Official Major League baseball (Selig) "Joe Torre/1000 Yankee Win/5-7-'06" in blue ink along the sweet spot.
