Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. One of only three examples graded at this level with just two higher. Beautiful high-grade example of #6 Babe Ruth from the 1926 W512 strip-card series. Originally issued in strips, these cards (and almost all strip-cards) are often found with irregular borders as they were cut by hand from the strips, as intended. Only ideally cut examples (like this one) are awarded numerical grades by PSA and SGC. The card has bold colors, a crisp image, and strong corners. The blank back is clean. This is a very attractive high-grade example of one of Babe Ruth's most classic 1920s strip-cards and one that would be a significant addition to any Ruth, strip-card, or prewar-card collection.
