Graded NM 7 by PSA (submitted by REA). High-grade example of Babe Ruth from the 1924 Mrs. Sherlock’s Bread advertising pin set. Ruth is the key pin in this rare advertising pin issue. There are 10 pins in the set, each featuring a black-and-white portrait surrounded by a red border. The Mrs. Sherlock’s Bread pins have long been recognized as one of the most desirable advertising pin sets of the era. This is a quality pin issue. It is hard not to appreciate the tremendous value represented by the Mrs. Sherlock's pins compared to cards of similar vintage and rarity.
