Ticket stub issued for Game 5 of the 1924 World Series between the New York Giants and Washington Senators at the Polo Grounds. New York starting pitcher Jack Bentley not only outdueled the legendary Walter Johnson, but he also hit a home run off him, as the Giants defeated the Senators 6-2. The ticket stub (4.25 x 2.25 inches), which is for a "Lower Stand Res." seat, displays pencil notations on the reverse but is otherwise in Very Good to Excellent condition overall.
