This coin-operated machine (13 x 5.5 x 13 inches) of quality metal construction is designed to dispense a gum ball and baseball card for a penny. Two trading cards (1959 Topps #385 Lollar and 1965 Philadelphia James Bond #18) are displayed on either side of the center compartment that holds the gum balls. A label on the center glass reads "Premier Ball Gum and Card/1¢" (the text "Ball Gum" has been cut out of the label). In the 1950s and 1960s, these machines were very popular at convenience stores and grocery stores. In working order, with accompanying key and ideal for display or use. The machine displays wear commensurate with its age and former use, including a number of light-to-moderate scratches and abrasion. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
