Graded VG 3 by PSA. This is the only example graded at this level by PSA with none higher! Rarely offered 1906-1907 Sporting Life team postcard of the Boston Americans. This is only the second example we have offered in the past 22 years! The composite photo includes individual portrait images of 19 team members, including future Hall of Famers Cy Young and Jimmy Collins (manager). This is a smaller, postcard version of the W601 Sporting Life team composites (13 x 14 inches) issued by the Sporting Life newspaper, which were available to fans either by individual purchase (for 10 cents) or as a complete set in a bound volume. The postcard (5.5 x 3.5 inches), which has never been addressed or mailed, displays a few light creases. This is a very attractive example of this scarce Sporting Life postcard.
