Description

Vintage photo of Babe Ruth as a member of the Boston Red Sox at the plate in a swing-through pose. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type IV photograph by PSA/DNA. Per PSA/DNA, the "photo is a later-issued 1960s example that was made off a duplicate negative featuring an image originally taken in 1918." The reverse bears a pair of "Browns Brothers" credit stamps and several editorial notations. The photo, which has been trimmed to its current dimensions of 6-3/8 x 8-3/8 inches, displays scattered creasing and a small tape stain along the reverse. Good condition overall.
