Description
Original news photo of Hall of Famers Christy Mathewson and John McGraw as members of the New York Giants, circa 1918. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. Interestingly, the famed pitcher-manager duo are each wearing a different style of Giants uniform. The reverse bears a few editorial notations, an "International Film Service" credit stamp, and paper residue. The photo (6-3/8 x 8-3/8 inches) is in Excellent condition overall.
