Bank check dated February 25, 1922, signed by Frank “Home Run” Baker. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the check and certified the signature as "Authentic." The check, drawn on the State Bank of Trappe of Trappe, Maryland, is made out to "John D. Mitchell" for $108.16. Signed “J. Franklin Baker” in black fountain pen along the base. Baker signed this check as a member of the New York Yankees. 1922 marked Baker's thirteenth and final season in the Majors. The check (6-1/4 x 2-3/4 inches), which has normal bank cancellation stamps, has a spindle hole in the center and another small hole next to the word "Bank." In Very Good condition overall.
