Description

Large panoramic photo capturing 29 members of the 1926 Toronto Maple Leafs, champions of the International League. Each individual is identified in white lettering below his respective image. While the photo is highlighted by the inclusion of Hall of Fame pitcher Carl Hubbell, it also features several other former and future Major Leaguers, including Tillie Walker, Steve O'Neil, Walter "Lefty" Stewart, and Victor Sorrell. The photographer's credit, "Photo R2225/Panoramic Camera Co./251 Victoria St./Toronto," appears in the lower right. The photo (43 x 7.5 inches) displays a well-executed repair along the reverse (visible on the front next to the child mascot at the end). A few other small spots of adhesive residue and discoloration are visible on the reverse as well. Fair condition overall.
