Description

Original news photograph of New York Yankees Hall of Fame manager Miller Huggins, circa 1927. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. Huggins is pictured in an extreme close-up as he gazes away from the camera. An “Underwood & Underwood credit stamp appears on the reverse, as does an original paper news caption. The photo (6.5 x 8.5 inches) displays a tack hole along the top-right corner and traces of mounting residue (via the caption) along the bottom. Multiple tape stains are also visible on the reverse. Good to Very Good condition overall.
