Description

American League season pass issued to Mickey Mantle in 1971. The paper pass, which is labeled a "Working Pass," granted Mantle access to "All Grounds" for the 1971 season. Mantle's name is typed on the front and the facsimile signature of American League president Joe Cronin appears in the lower right corner. 4.25 x 2.75 inches. Near Mint condition. This pass was originally purchased at the special Mickey Mantle auction conducted by Guernsey's on December 8, 2003, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The pass is accompanied by a COA signed by Mantle's wife and two sons.
