Graded NM 7 by PSA. This is the ONLY example graded at this level by PSA with none higher! Rare full ticket from Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series. Full tickets from significant events are seldom seen because most people attended, resulting in their tickets being torn upon entry. Unused full tickets were rarely saved, and as a result, are highly prized today. Larsen's historic performance occurred in Game 5 of the World Series at Yankee Stadium, and it remains to this day one of the most memorable moments in baseball history. The game also featured Mickey Mantle's eighth career World Series home run as the Yankees downed the Dodgers 2-0. The Yankees would go on to win the series in seven games. The ticket (7.25 x 2.25 inches) issued for a "Lower Stand" seat remains in remarkable condition. An exceptional high-grade example of one of the most historically significant baseball tickets in the hobby.
