Description
Vintage photo of Ty Cobb as a member of the Philadelphia Athletics. Certified as an original type II photo by PSA/DNA. Per PSA/DNA, the "Photo is a 1950s restrike made off the original negative by UPA featuring an image taken in 1927. This photograph is from the Photo File Archive Collection." The reverse displays a "United Press Associations" credit stamp and several handwritten notations. The photo (7-1/8 x 9 inches), which has been trimmed to its current dimensions of 7-1/8 x 9 inches, displays a chipped left edge and a crease in the lower left. Good condition overall. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
