Description

Presented is a original snapshot-photograph of New York Yankees Hall of Fame first baseman Lou Gehrig, circa 1928. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. The black-and-white photograph shows Gehrig in uniform with the grandstands in the background. The reverse displays a stamp and blue ink notations that read "Lou Gehrig/1928/Making the Babe step his best this year." The photo (2.5 x 3.5 inches), which has exceptional image quality, has light creases and corner-mount marks on the reverse. In Very Good condition overall.
