Description

Pair of New York Yankees home flannel baseball pants worn by star pitcher Urban Shocker circa 1926. These pants, along with several other items offered in this auction, originate directly from Urban Shocker's estate and is accompanied by a signed letter of provenance from his great-grandson. The white pinstripe flannel pants feature the size "Extra - 36" chain-stitched in white along the waistband. Also located in the waistband is a "Spalding" label. The pants are all original, with no alterations, and display significant wear, including moderate soiling and a team repair on the left leg.
