Brooklyn Dodgers home jersey worn by pitcher Ken Lehman during the 1957 season, which marked the club's last season in Brooklyn. Graded A8 by MEARS. The white flannel jersey is lettered "Dodgers" across the front and features the number "16" on the left breast and reverse. All letters and reverse numeral are appliquéd in blue felt. The front numeral is appliquéd in red felt. The player's name and year ("Lehman 57") are chain-stitched in blue on the left front tail. Positioned directly above the name and year are a "Rawlings Hall of Fame Flannel" label and adjacent "40" size tag. A "Dry Clean Only" tag appears on the inside left front tail. The jersey is original as issued, with no alterations, and displays heavy wear. Graded A8 by MEARS (base grade of 10, with 2 points deducted for "thinning"). Full LOA from MEARS.
