First edition of A Ballplayer’s Career by Cap Anson (published by the Era Publishing Co., Chicago, 1900). The 339-page book covers Anson's life in baseball and also devotes several pages to the 1888/89 World Tour. Numerous photographs. The book (5-1/2 x 8 inches) displays moderate handling wear and is in Very Good condition overall.
