Description

Vintage photo of Babe Ruth as a member of the Boston Red Sox during his rookie season in 1915. Encapsulated and certified by PSA/DNA as an original Type IV photograph. Per PSA/DNA, the "photo is a later-issued 1930s example that was made off a duplicate negative featuring an image originally taken in 1915 in Ruth's rookie season." A youthful Ruth is captured in a throwing pose. Evidence of album removal is visible on the reverse. The photo, which has been trimmed to its current dimensions of 4-5/8 x 9-1/2 inches, is in Excellent condition overall.
