Description
Original news photo capturing Babe Ruth posing with members of the St. Louis Cardinals and Detroit Tigers at the 1934 World Series. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. Ruth is pictured posing with Dizzy Dean and Frankie Frisch of the Cardinals on one side, and Mickey Cochrane and Schoolboy Rowe of the Tigers on the other. The reverse displays an "Associated Press Photo" credit stamp and a piece of the original paper news caption. The photo (8.75 x 6.75 inches) displays a few light creases and is in Very Good to Excellent condition overall.
