Original photo of legendary sprinter Jesse Owens in 1935. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. The portrait image captures Owens as a member of the Ohio State University track and field team in uniform. The bears an "ACME Newspictures Inc." credit stamp, the original paper news caption, and a Jun 16, 1935," credit stamp. The photo (5 x 7 inches) displays light creasing and a patch of age-related yellowing along Owen's uniform. Very Good condition overall.
