Offered is a circa 1930s Quaker Oats Babe Ruth pen and pencil pair along with an extremely rare original advertising coupon. We cannot recall having seen another example of this coupon. Ruth was the principal spokesperson for Quaker Oats during the mid-1930s. Each writing instrument displays light handling wear and is in Excellent condition overall. The coupon features an image of the pen and pencil set, along with a portrait image of Ruth on front and an ordering form on the reverse. The coupon (10-3/8 x 1-1/2 inches) has a number of creases and a few small edge tears. In Fair condition overall.
