Washington Senators program issued for the 1925 World Series against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The program, produced by National Photo Company of Washington, D.C., was a particularly ambitious effort and is comprised of 64 sepia-toned pages packed with literally hundreds of photos. Large portrait images of managers Bucky Harris and Bill McKechnie are featured on the cover. 1925 Washington Senators World Series programs are one of the most condition-sensitive of all early World Series programs. Unfortunately, they are rarely found in high-grade due to the very thin, easily damaged quality of their interior pages. The offered program (8 x 10.5 inches) displays heavy wear, creasing, and several edge tears. Both covers and all the interior pages are either fully or mostly detached from the spine. Poor condition overall.
